The Stafford project combined workshop operations with office, customer and staff facilities. The brief was to improve workflow, provide professional internal accommodation and create a durable environment capable of supporting day-to-day vehicle fitting operations.

The works required careful sequencing around an existing industrial structure, vehicle access and service coordination. A phased approach allowed workshop and office areas to be developed in a controlled sequence while maintaining focus on programme, durability and finish.
